Senior Consultant
Needsbridge Advisory Sdn Bhd is a management consulting firm that was established in the year 2012 and is currently based in Melaka, Malaysia. We currently provide outsource Internal audit services and enterprise risk facilitation to more than 16 Listed Companies in Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
As our jobs is dynamic in nature, the following job responsbilities only a minimum:
- To perform audit planning for the audit engagement assigned, from pre-engagement higher level risk assessment to testing methods;
- To liaise internally and with client's representatives for the arrangement for the coming audit engagement assigned;
- To provide guidance to Consultant/Associate during internal audit fieldwork;
- To perform on-the-job review and take appropriate action(s) to ensure audit engagement being carried out effectively;
- To carry out internal audit fieldwork in accordance with our engagement audit programme (Senior Consultant);
- To assist/lead in the enterprise risk management facilitation exercise;
- To ensure all works performed are documented adequately in audit working papers in the manner acceptable to our practice;
- To participate positively and actively in the internal review and exit meeting with client; and
- May represent us to attend Audit Committee meeting shall the need arises.
Requirements:
- A diploma/degree holder in Accounting, Finance, other relevant Business Management field or possess a professional qualification such as CIA, CISA, ACCA, MICPA, CIMA, CPA and etc.
- Candidate with at least two (2) year of working experience in internal audit or external audit practice will have added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Team player, proactive, resourceful, innovative and possess a logical mindset
- Able to think big picture and zoom into details
- Proficient in written and spoken English as well as possess ability to communicate with all levels of management
- A team player who is also able to work well independently and under a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Have good analytical skills and computer knowledge
- Possess a positive attitude and demonstrate desire for continuous improvement
- Possess valid driving license
- Able to travel extensively within Malaysia and overseas
- Required skill(s): Idea Data Analysis Software, Microsoft Office Suite
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
